System build as one of server cluster, this issue cause server cluster downgraded, FAE go to TY2 1F engine room for this case 2025/03/24. Error handling steps:

.Check system event logs. Can't find useful information form BMC event logs.
.Reboot system again and repeat step 1, raid volume still lost.
.Power off system and remove power cord from PSU1 & PSU2, waiting for 10mins for system cold down.
.Insert PSU1 and PSU2 power cord for AC in, power on system.
.Enter BIOS and clear system event log.
.Reboot system and manual select boot device during POST, hw raid volume show up.
.Boot into ubuntu OS by manually.
.OS booting and console show up. Check with user if can remote access BMC and OS.
.Case fixed for short term.
.Need to keeping watch system if still properly at least one month.
